30-minute culinary demonstration followed by a 15-30 minute Q&A period
Prepare approximately 25 tasting portions to sample
Provide written recipe before the demo to aid in promotions
Bring knives, pans, and any other equipment or personnel you need to complete your demonstration.
$250 stipend
